Ombudsman's investigation

... in February 2007 we wrote to the Ombudsman requesting an investigation of Council's HSL decision and associated processes. The Ombudsman's office assigned our request high priority and is proceeding with its investigation urgently. It is expected to reach its conclusions and release its findings quite soon.
